• I led infrastructure and data-retention projects that reclaimed over 1.5 PB of storage and cut annual costs by about $15 million.
• I designed data models and APIs for advertiser-specific metrics, reducing annual storage needs by about 500 TB.
• I built centralized tools for debugging and administering metrics, used across more than 1,900 cases. The tools included role-based access controls, audit logging, opt-in/out history, and support workflows.

• I led the HomeLight integration and launched a platform for customers to connect their own insurance services to Blend.
• I rebuilt insurance quoting around Amazon SQS, cutting time-to-quote by 30%.
• I split the test suite into shards and configured GitHub Actions to run the unit tests in parallel. This cut total test runtime by 33%.
